Shipping and Return Policy

General Shipping Policies:

You should receive a tracking number as soon as an order is placed. For international orders, the IYNA is not responsible for any customs fees or other costs associated with shipping.

Return and Refund Policies:

All orders are final. There are no exchanges or refunds issued once an order has been placed. In case an incorrect item is sent, the item may be exchanged, but the cost can not be refunded to the buyer.
